When I'm not doing an actual program I like to make my own workout schedules. Two of my favorite trainers are Jessica Smith and Chalene Johnson. They both have you tube channels which are great to add to your you tube subscriptions.
Jessica Smith's workouts are for any level of fitness. From indoor walking to toning she has it all covered for you. I enjoyed these during my first and second trimester of pregnancy also.

Chalene Johnson also has a you tube workout page. She doesn't have as many workouts free online, but you can see what her workouts are like and try them out. Here is her you tube 7 day free workout challenge list. Her actual program workouts are definitely different that these workouts, but you can see the types of moves she likes in her routines.
