PiYo Hybrid Calendar: A New Challenge
As we near the end of the 60 Day challenge for PiYo I started thinking what I should do next. I want to try the TurboFire challenge but it is quite a long calendar. So, I decided to create my own hybrid calendar of PiYo and TurboFire. This will be an 8 week or approximately 60 day calendar. I feel this will ease me into sticking with a harder program and allow me to build up to the full TurboFire program to get to my final weight loss goals.

TurboFire is a great total body conditioning program that utilized 60 second burst of High Intensity Interval Training or HIIT. It combines dance, kickboxing, and great music! Check out the video below or the link to the programs for a more in depth look.
